How do I get my instrument?

Two ways, both by arrangement. We can bring it to your lesson or to your home anywhere in New York City, or you can collect it from us by appointment. Once you order we’ll email you to agree a time and, for pickups, send you the address. Either way a person puts the instrument in your hands - nothing gets left in a lobby.

Do you ship outside New York City?

No. Every instrument is set up, tuned and checked by hand before it reaches you, and that isn’t something we’re willing to hand to a courier. We stay inside the five boroughs, which is where the name comes from.

What if I need to return or exchange something?

Come and see us. Returns and exchanges are handled by appointment, the same as pickup - email us and we’ll find a time. Renters can swap sizes free of charge whenever the player grows.
